Recently renovated with a contemporary cottage aesthetic, this beautiful 2 very large bedroom home with mature gardens is the perfect home for anyone looking for character in the paulsgrove area. The property benefits from 2 reception rooms, a large yet cosy livingroom and light airy dinning room in an extention. The master bedroom available for rent is extremely spacious, even with a kingsize bed in place.
This is a short term let, on the basis of being a lodger, expected to be available for around 6 months because I am selling the property. I (the live-in landlady) will be away a lot because I am a semi-professional musician and my family are scattered across the country as well as mainland Europe. I will be travelling in my campervan to attend gigs and visit friends and family across the spring and summer so the lodgers would have the place to themselves a fair amount, but the property is very much my home. I renovated the property myself so it's very important to me that the property is well looked after. I'm also an environmentalist so recycling needs to be done properly and I try to use eco frindly products everywhere I can but I am happy to provide these.
There is free on street parking in the close but it is first come first served and theres a little walk to the front door. In the 18 months I lived at the property when I initially bought it I only had to park on the street below twice.
The council tax is band B. Council tax will be split per head. Utility standing charges will be split per head but I will only pay for usage while I am at the property. I have very low usage of utilities because I am very cautious for environmental reasons.
Unfortunately the previous tenants I had in damaged the property so some repairs works are still ongoing. More photos will be added asap.
