Welcome to our newly refurbished shared house in the heart of Long Eaton, just a few minutes’ walk from Tesco, Aldi and ASDA.
We have just refurbished and upgraded this 5 bedroom house which is just 4 minutes’ walk from the shops, cafes, transport and amenities of central Long Eaton and we are looking for lovely professionals to live there.
Updated and freshly painted, each bedroom has its own unique character. The spacious kitchen-diner is fully equipped for modern living, with an American fridge-freezer, brand new ceramic hob and oven, microwave and plenty of storage and worktop space. The house has mod-cons to suite a busy professional lifestyle while still retaining the Long Eaton charm and character.
We now have just one of the 5 spacious double rooms available (for one person only) for a minimum of 6 months. The room has an en-suite bathroom which includes a bath and a shower over. It is on the ground floor at the back of the house, so is self-contained and very quiet. It has a brand new comfortable bed, a wardrobe and chest of drawers, so plenty of storage for all your possessions.
All bills are included (Council tax, gas, electricity, water, fast broadband, etc) and we have a regular cleaner for the communal areas too. There is plenty of free on-street parking just across the road from the house. The house complies fully to current HMO standards with fire alarms, fire doors, emergency lighting, etc.
Laura and Pam are experienced, hands-on landlords. We care about our tenants and our properties and communicate regularly to ensure everything runs smoothly.
