This property was fully refurbished in July 2025 and features x4 spacious Double Bedrooms and x1 single with x2 bathrooms.
All bedrooms contain a desk, chair, chest of drawers, wardrobe, bed side tables, lamps and beds with headboard and storage. All were purchased new at the time of the renovation.
Parking is free and plentiful, and the rear of the property features an outside light and social area. You will have easy access to strong transport links, including to the A-19, Tyne Tunnel and Metro System. These provide easy access to the Nissan factory (12 minute drive) and South Tyneside College (3 minute walk) amongst others.
The living room features a 55-inch smart TV featuring Netflix and Prime video with dining table, coffee table and x2 large reclining sofas.
The galley kitchen contains a breakfast bar and stools, large fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer and cooker. Prices are from £2000 per month including all bills inc internet and streaming services. Cleaning and linen change are available.
