I have a large double bedroom with its own bathroom becoming available in March in a shared house one minute’s walk from Osterley Tube Station (on the Piccadilly Line). Only looking for single occupancy for the room, £1100pcm, with all bills included.

The bedroom will come unfurnished. The living and dining room have been furnished as can been seen in the pictures.

There is a large shared living room and a separate open-plan kitchen/dining room. The house is very big and you’ll have no problem finding your own space. All bills included along with super fast Virgin broadband (500 Mbps).

The house has only been recently renovated to a very high spec. I have installed new flooring, under-floor heating, roofing, plumbing, kitchen, bathrooms, windows, electrics, air source heat pump, solar panels, Tesla Powerwall, internal and external insulation etc. The house is mostly self-sufficient with solar power during the summer months.

There is also parking available for up to three cars in the drive at the front of the house. Currently there are two cars using the front drive. There is also a weekly cleaner (included in the rent) to look after the communal areas.

I am not in a rush to find new tenants and would in fact prefer to take my time in finding the right person to live here. There are only four bedrooms in the house each with its own bathroom. Hence there will only be four people living in this large house to provide a high quality living environment.
