Valid reasons for NOT having children or dogs, (cats are allowed) - The land is completely unfenced and open countryside, farming machinery, livestock present, river and deep fishing lakes. This is a working farm situation. Viewing available most times of the day. The track to the house is very uneven, if you have a low profile vehicle, please take this into account.
