A lovely property on a quiet and friendly street in St Dunstan's area of Canterbury. 10 minutes walk to University of Kent and Canterbury West (high speed) train station and 15 minute walk to town centre. Also walking distance to nearby woods and 10 minute drive to coast.
The house is double glazed with gas central heating. Wooden floors throughout on the ground floor, tiled kitchen floor, with stair carpet leading to carpeted bedrooms above. Two reception rooms downstairs with open fire places and kitchen and shower/WC room.
Upstairs there are two large bedrooms and one smaller. The smaller room can be used as a childrens bedroom room and can accommodate bunk beds or could be used as a study. The bathroom consists of bath, WC and hand basin.
The Kitchen overlooks secluded, good size garden.
Please be advised that the house is a NON SMOKING residence.
