It’s a duplex flat. Entrance is on the first floor. The room to be rented is also on the first floor. The family of 3 lives on the basement floor. Both floors have one bathroom (total 2 bathrooms). It’s a big double room. With wide window. We are just above Swiss Cottage Tube Station (Jubilee Line). Opposite to Swiss Cottage Leisure Center/Library, next to Odeon Theatre. Two minutes walk from all the shops (Tesco, Marks&Spencers, McDonald’s, Subway) cafes etc. The building has a 24 hours Porter. We will provide a king size four poster bed, a table and chair, bedside tables with battery operated lamps and there is a fitted wardrobe in the room. The bathroom is just outside the room. Kitchen is shared and it’s downstairs. We would prefer a non-smoker (you can smoke outside the flat, there is a designated place in the premises of the building). We want a female tenant as it’s with a family. No boyfriends in the property.
