We now have a studio unit available in the property which runs across the top floor and is accessed via it's own staircase from the main house.
The studio is spacious with character eaves features. It has it's own kitchenette with a sink, fridge, air fryer and microwave and an ensuite shower room. The studio is suitable for a couple or single person.
The Studio is £900 pcm including all bills.
🏡 The House itself: This large characterful property with high ceilings and large windows has an open plan communal area which comprises a beautiful kitchen with dining table at ground floor and a second kitchen on the first floor. The kitchens include (two ovens and grill), fridge-freezers, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine , tumble drier (coin operated) and lots of storage space.
Majority of the rooms have En-suites, but there are four communal stylish bathrooms throughout the property on the ground floor and first floor.
The rooms have lovely grey carpets, white walls and ceilings, large windows, lots of plug sockets and a light pendant. The En-suites have glass showers with a brick tiled wall, with a handbasin and toilet.
The property is not suitable for children.

🟧References will be required which will include a credit check to confirm the prospective tenant has a clear credit history (no CCJ's)
🟧You will need to pay a holding deposit equivalent to one week's rent per tenancy to reserve a room which will form part of your rent when at the start of the tenancy. .
