Cons
- There is no lift so have to go up one flight of stairs to enter.
If you are on housing benefits / DSS welcome to enquire, but will need guarantor and references etc. The DSS/LHA rate for this property is £875 per month. The guarantor will need to be working properly employed or own property, and be credit checked. If you don't have this please don't waste our time and your time.
