Upstairs there are 3 lovely light double bedrooms, a bathroom with bath (and excellent shower fitting) the bathroom was updated just 1 year ago and airing/storage cupboard.
The front bedroom is the width of the house and has a built-in wardrobe, feature fireplace, 3 windows, Kingsize bed with Shaker style headboard, free-standing chest of drawers and bed-side table. The middle bedroom also has a built-in wardrobe and feature fireplace and large window overlooking similar Victorian properties to the rear plus free-standing chest of drawers, double bed with a Shaker headboard and bed-side table. The internal decor and furniture will be in excellent condition (works taking place between the current tenancy ending and the new one starting). Painted in neutral colours throughout - complementing the original stripped wooden floors, Welsh slate kitchen floor, cream bathroom tiling and stylish furniture. The stairs and landings will have new carpeting.
The house and windows (inside and out) will be professionally cleaned prior to tenancy and the (small) garden pruned.
