Please note that this rental is initially for a short term (2 to 6 months), however there is a possibility it can be longer term, dependent on interview and a probation period of some months to see how things go.
The cottage in question is the middle unit of a 3 cottage building (one on either side). One of the other cottages is rented out, and the other is occupied by the owner of the property.
The heating is via electric storage heaters and/or woodburner. There is a downstairs shower room/toilet, as well as an upstairs bathroom/toilet.
There are no bills to pay except electric. Council tax may be exempt, please enquire. The cottage has a spring water supply to it's taps. This is possible to easily switch back to mains water on request.
There is off-road parking for 2 tenant cars in the large private enclosed yard. A shared vegetable path is also available for your use at the back.
Bedroom#1 and '#2 have double beds and the 3rd has a single bed. The cottage has a large open-plan living room with kitchen.
