Outside, there is a rear enclosed small courtyard. There is a new combination boiler and central heating. There is a fridge and freezer already in the kitchen and washing machine. Possible sofa but i will have to confirm.
All maintenance and repairs if required are carried out fast and efficiently.
The house will be available for rent in January and viewings are available mid December.
