Cleaning There is a cleaner who cleans the kitchen, bathroom and communal areas every week.
Bills All bills are included including superfast wifi, gas, water and electricity - all included.
The house is situated literally right next to Hyde Park itself.
The Hyde Park pub is a few minutes walk away and the number 56 (that will take you easily into Leeds city centre) is one minute away.
