The property has large furnished ensuite rooms with kitchen facilities available. The house also benefits from a kitchen diner so, you can be as private or as involved in house life as you wish. The rooms are well insulated for sound.

Each room is furnished with a bed with comfortable mattress, a wardrobe/chest of draws & bedside table.

For those with bikes there is parking and storage areas at the front of the house.

Our property includes a large drive where parking is readily available and no licenses/permits are required.

Godwin Way has a variety of local shops nearby, recreational and sports facilities are a few minutes walk away, and entertainment and great nights out are just minutes away.

All bills are included. We also provide each room with a Netflix subscription. The property comes with a regular cleaner for communal areas and a gardener.
