This is a classic ensuite room (A 1-1) on the ground floor of Kincardine Court with Unite Students, it is in a show flat meaning you'll only have one to two flatmates instead of four (one or two rooms are reserved for viewings only). You'll have a big shared kitchen, your own bathroom and toilet, access to communal study areas and you will only be a short 10 minute walk away from University of Manchester, RNCM, and Manchester Metropolitan university. Maintenence and additional services are fast and reliable and all your bills are included in your rent. (Full disclosure, I'm a student who has requested early leave and looking for a replacement tenant for 2025/26 and have been instructed by reception staff to re-advertise this room before I can be released from my tenancy agreement).
