I have a lovely en-suite bedroom available now/May in our spacious and comfortable flat and are looking for the perfect person to join our friendly household. No couples please!

You’ll be living with two working professional females. Both are easy going, love a good conversation, a movie night and the occasional dinner together. However, they also value and respect each other’s space and quiet time. They love a positive vibe in the house and are great friends so someone along the same vibe would fit in really well.

The house is spacious with a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a private balcony overlooking the sunset. The building also comes with a rooftop, shared backyards, a BBQ pit and a fully equipped 24-hour gym. There is also a secure parcel room and 24/7 concierge on hand to help when you need.

This is the biggest room in the house, bright and well-lit with a king size bed, x2 built-in wardrobes with LED lights and a bedside table (everything else in the pictures are mines!) You will have your own en-suite bathroom for full privacy.

Current price is £1396 per month. The price includes utilities (internet, water, electricity & council tax etc.). Council Tax B and E.

15 Minute Walk from Wembley Park Underground/10 Minutes from Wembley Central. The house is right next to Wembley Stadium which takes you into Marylebone in under 20 minutes.
