We look for a single tenant or couple to occupy our beautiful cottage built in old brick at the base and clad above with dark stained Larch set in a quiet courtyard. It is a premium quality living space built and refurbished to the owners unique and exacting design standards. We are looking for a tenant(a) who wants to live in a peaceful and beautiful environment. The property has never been empty and once you see it you will understand why.
To the front aspect there is a Courtyard in which you can park your car.
Immediately outside your front door is a small private graveled patio area that is easy to maintain and gives you outside space in which to sit to read, work, drink or have a BBQ etc.
As you enter the Cottage you find: 

·      A Two Inch Thick Oak Floored Entrance pad leads to an open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living Room and to a separate luxurious Travertine wet room. Ample cupboard storage and under stairs storage is available.

·      The kitchen is hand made from the best quality joinery oak in a unique style reminiscent of what would have been seen 300 years or more ago but with modern appliances inset.

·      The Staircase and upstairs hallway are hand made from the best quality solid joinery grade Oak.

·Two doors lead off of the upstairs hallway.

We have currently set the first floor out for a couple or single occupant. The larger room is laid out as a very spacious light and airy bedroom that incorporates a Japanese style bath and a fully enclosed ensuite WC with washbasin. The smaller room is currently laid out to be used as an office. Both first floor rooms can obviously be used as chosen by the tenants. 

·      There is under eaves storage and loft space cupboards.

Can be available for short term holiday let’s at £180 per night. With 6 months or longer lets with Utility Bills included Rent is £1650 per month
