I’m Emily, I'm looking to find trustworthy and considerate tenants to rent my home whilst I'm living abroad. This is my home and so I'm looking for people who will take care of it whilst I'm away.

The house is a renovated, warm, bright and comfortable Victorian terrace, located right next to the park and has lots of fantastic local amenities. The street is friendly, you will have lovely neighbours.

The house has 2 bedrooms, upstairs bathroom, downstairs toilet, separate lounge, an open plan kitchen/ lounge/ dining area and a garden. The property will be part furnished: bedframes, wardrobes, drawers, sofas, table and chairs, blinds included. The loft won’t be accessible. Kitchen has a large dishwasher, large fridge freezer, coffee maker, microwave etc.

Bills can be added for an extra £350 per month

Great location - Walking distances to:

City centre 20 minutes

Temple Meads train station 20 minutes

Airport bus shuttle stop 17 minutes

Wapping Wharf 25 minutes

Bus stop 6 mins

Victoria Park is on the doorstep

Post-office, nice pubs, convenience shops, lovely cafes, great gyms and yoga studios and a bakery all nearby

North Street with great independent shops, pubs, restaurants and the Tobacco Factory Market.

Parking is on-street and no permit required

Professionals only, no smokers and no pets.

Full reference and background checks will be completed prior to the tenancy start.

As I live abroad viewings will be arranged with one of my neighbours, followed by a short video call with me.

This is an initial 3 month tenancy, after 3 months the contract will continue on a 1 month rolling contract with 1 month notice on either side.
