I am looking to rent out a double room in my 3 bed property. It is currently undergoing renovation so will be modernised and freshly furnished.

It is a spacious property, with a small back garden and a driveway for parking. I have included an image of the floor plan with the room for rent circled in red. I have also attached images of the room in its current form however this will be fully redecorated and furnished before moving in.

I will be living in the property myself, however my boyfriend and his dog may be around on the occasional weekday/weekend.

There is a bus stop 1 minute walk away from the property which takes you directly to the station, York St John University and Uni of York.

York Hospital is a 10 minute drive away
York station is a 30 minute walk away

I work at York University so happy to car share for mileage costs!
