The advertised room is the largest of a six-bedroom house (all fully furnished) that is currently shared with five other girls. There is a very large modern open-plan kitchen with a dining table, washing machine, tumble dryer, cooker, and others. A spacious shared living room equipped with an apex ceiling with spotlights. The living room is furnished with two three-seater leather sofas and one chair, so there is plenty of seating. The house has a shower room with a spacious shower and toilet downstairs and a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet upstairs. There is also a beautiful backyard and parking space as bonuses. Shops and bus routes are close by, and it is within easy walking distance (approx. 15 minutes) to both universities and the town centre, which is perfect for shops and bars.

Gas, electric and water rates are included with the rent. Broadband is not included, but we are open to discussing the possibility of installing one.
