This room is perfect for a professional looking for something spacious, beautiful, quiet and much nicer than the norm. It’s a larger than normal bedroom with superking bed, 2 large wardrobes, drawers and desk.

The rent includes all bills – utilities, superfast broadband, council tax - even a cleaner who visits and deep cleans the communal areas.

The cottage is in a perfect location for anyone working in or around York or at the university. It’s in the beautiful village of Murton, only minutes from the A64, Grimston Bar Park & Ride and the University of York. The house has a private drive with plenty of parking.

The bus stop is 15 minutes walk away and buses (route 6) go every 10 minutes into town. If you have a bike, the house is in great cycling country and is on Route 66. The University of York is 5 mins by bike and York city centre is a 15 minutes cycle away down quiet purpose-built cycle tracks.

The cottage is very nice indeed with a huge contemporary kitchen and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. All pots, pans, crockery, microwave, utensils, hoover and ironing board are supplied. The cottage really does have everything you need.

The large living area has big leather sofas, a 42” plasma TV and full Sky TV. There’s a sunny patio area too, perfect for summer.

The current tenants are professional, working females, and are looking for one more lovely tenant who will fit in nicely. It’s important that we find someone who gets on well with the other housemates as this is a happy home.

No pets or couples and only working professionals please.
