The space The house includes a private driveway for one car and free parking for another vehicle on the road directly in front of the house. There is also an electric vehicle charging point on the driveway.

You'll be approx. 2-3 miles (10-15 minutes by car/cab) from the city centre just 5-10 minutes away from the famous York Racecourse. York University is also easily accessible via the ring road and within 15 minutes by car.
