We are local, professional landlords who care about the safety of our tenants, and we try to look after you well by ensuring a personal service and fast response to any query or problem.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

Yes, just two weeks rent which is refunded upon check out as long as everything OK with room and up to date with rent.

Do you accept DSS tenants?

We prefer people who are working professionals or on internships for our properties. References and background checks will be required on application.

Do you accept pets?

Although we love pets, we do not allow pets to live here. So you'll have to find another home for your pooch or moggy while you live in one of our houses.
