My friend and I are urgently looking for 2 students to take over our rooms and tenancy ASAP. This is a hello student property situated in Lawrence Street. It is 10 mins away from Uni of York campus by bus as well as, the city centre. It is also a 8-minute walk from Foss Island. This flat comes with two bedrooms, with lots of storage and modern furniture. There are also good amenities such as a kitchen and lounge. I have attached pictures below. This is a bills included property of £210 per person with no deposit. Please let me know ASAP if you are interested in a viewing.
