There is no parking on site but the location is close to the top of town in Yeovil (easily within walking distance).
ABOUT YOU
For your sake and ours we're looking for the right person to move into our flat.
Currently we have older tenants who are mostly over 60, quiet and easy to get along with.
We are looking for somebody who fits in with our existing tenants, similar age etc. Ideally one person therefore anyone with partners/spouses, pets or children won't be considered.
Please don't apply if you need a parking space.
With regards to work it is not imperative that you are working but you'll need to ensure that any payments for rent will need to come directly to the landlord.
