Room in a Shared House, Old Mill Place, TW19

Have a double room available for rent with use of a 2nd room that can be made available if needed. Looking for a female professional, preferably above 30 years old. Looking for someone I can get on with, be able to live with ideally for a longer period of 12 months or more. Don't mind a smoker, as long as it is not in the house. I'm not a clean freak but for us to live together you need to be able to tidy up after yourself and share housework.

The house is in lovely green Wraysbury, 10 mins drive to Staines shopping, and Windsor is 15 mins drive. Train station is 3 mins walk, and 45-50 mins to Waterloo and a couple of stops to Windsor. Easy access to Heathrow Airport.

There is parking if needed, balcony, and the garden backs on to a lovely brook. There is weights, multigym and rowing machine available for use in the garage.
