Fully furnished large double bedroom and private living room available Monday-Friday, with shared bathroom and kitchen.

The bedroom includes a wardrobe and chest of drawers as well as a double bed and mattress. The living room has a large flat screen television and comfy L-shaped sofa with room for any additional furniture a lodger may want to bring with them.

Myself and my partner Joe are two 30 year old professionals, both working mainly out of the house. Joe and I have our own lounge which is separate from the double bedroom and living room available to be rented. Price for the bedroom and living room is £625 all bills (including Wi-Fi) included. The house is on a quiet, dead end road with free parking and there are regular buses taking you into town (approx 5 minute drive or 30 minute walk away). Bedroom comes with a double bed and mattress if needed, lounge has a large television and L-shaped sofa.
