The rent includes all utility bills, council tax,  Wi-Fi, weekly fresh towels and linen change.

2 double bedrooms are on the 1st floor with a shower room and a toilet, and 1 double bedroom on the ground floor.
One bedroom with a double bed, the other bedroom with 2 single beds that can be zipped and linked into a king size bed, and the 3rd bedroom is with a king size bed.
On the ground floor, There is a large kitchen with all cooking and eating facilities : with undercounter fridge, washing machine, freezer, electric oven with grill, 4-ring gas hob, separate microwave oven, kettle, espresso coffee machine and toaster, crockery, cutlery, glasses, utensils, a cafetiere and a selection of pans and bowls are also supplied. There is an extendable wooden table with 6 chairs and a sofa.

There is a lounge with a TV and a large comfortable seating area.

There is a large bathroom with a bath, an electric shower, a wash basin and a toilet.

Fresh towels are provided : 1 set per guest and includes 1 large bath towel, 1 small towel and 1 flannel.

There is a conservatory with 2 sofas, and outside there is a patio with 2 deck chairs and a round table with 4 chairs.

There are 2 parking spaces at the back of the property: 1 in the front of the property and 1 at the back.

There is a gas combi-boiler for heating and hot water.
