We are prepared to take a small well behave pet or two, which is quite unusual in the rental world now - a small dog or cat will be charged at £10 per week extra, to cover for additional wear and tear.

If you enter the house through the smart black front door, you step into a small hall way with a downstairs toilet and basin in a room off the hallway. The door opens into a large open plan lounge which the stairway rises out of, and you walk through the lounge into the kitchen area. There is a small dining area off the kitchen which leads through to a large conservatory on the rear of the house. There is also a door way from the dining area into the integral garage.

Upstairs you have a large double bedroom with an ensuite consisting of a shower and wash basin. A second large bedroom with a dormer window and a smaller third bedroom, which is still reasonably sized.There is also a family bathroom upstairs.

We have been renting our two rental houses for nearly ten years now, so we have a good understanding of the market and have always had a good working relationship with our tenants. We tend to specialise in letting our properties to professional couples, who like a good service from their landlords. Families are of course welcome.

If you are between properties, we would be prepared to let this property for a 6 month period, but would negotiate an additional cost to cover the extra administration involved.
