Room in a Shared House, Mortimer Crescent, KT4

I’m a 34-year-old professional who works 3 days a week from home, living with my 5-year-old daughter. I have a beautiful large double room available to rent out and I’ve just had the bathroom done (shown in pics). Please note the bed in the picture has been replaced by a standard double bed.
This room is for the occupancy of one FEMALE preferred.

You will have access to the downstairs living room and the kitchen and a very large garden. I have a large open living room with Tv.

Ideally looking for someone who works during the week away from home but with the current conditions I am happy if you work from your room as I use the downstairs. Looking for a female (preferred). I am quite into cleanliness and being tidy so I would be looking for someone who is also very clean and respectful of the house.

My house has lots of free parking available on the road and it’s a 10 minute walk from the station or a 5 minute car drive, with trains going directly into London in 25 minutes.

You will have access to ultrafast Wi-Fi & all the channels including movies on Sky on the TV downstairs. For £15 I can supply another Sky box so you can have all the channels inc movies in your room.
The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers & bedside cabinet. Room looks out onto the back garden.
