Looking for a professional individual (£550/month incl. bills) or couple (£750/month incl. bills). If an individual, they will be willing to host Airbnb guests and will receive a % of income for doing so.

In either scenario, I will retain access to the property but will often be away from the property. I work hard to keep the flat clean and sailing the high seas and am looking for person(s) who are willing and naturally aligned with this approach & philosophy.
