Large double bedroom available in a quiet Cul-De-Sac in the WV6 area. The house is at the end of the Cul-Se-Sac so there is no traffic noise from main roads.

This property is a 1 minute walk from the local shops, including takeaways (Pizza, Chipshop, Chinese and Indian) and a pub.

The bedroom is large with a double bed and mattress (can bring your own if preferred), bookcase and built in wardrobes. There are 3 double bedrooms within the house but only one tenant currently, and I am just looking for 1 more. With the potential of renting the third room to a tenant that requires office space (works from home).
