The room comes with a free parking disk, for parking on-site and a lockable, undercover bicycle store is also available.

The rent includes all bills, other than electricity, which will need to be split between us, based on usage each month.

The flat is conveniently located next to a large Sainsbury’s and Homebase, as well as a beautiful park and the Basingstoke canal, with its cycle path to Woking. 

The closest station is Brookwood (20-25 mins walk). There is a bus stop outside the complex and at Sainsbury’s, with links to Brookwood station (10 minutes), Woking (35 minutes) and Guildford, in 1 hour (28, 34, 35,39A, 91 buses). Trains from Brookwood station to London in 30 minutes.

Deposit to be held by the DPS. The room is immediately available. 

I am a 45 year old professional woman, who enjoys an active lifestyle, time with friends, travel, cooking, reading and movies.  Please note that I also have two cats living in the flat with me.
