Four spacious rooms in a 4-bed detached house are available to Four full time students from 1 October 2023 fixed for 12 months (Earlier availability is possible, if required) . The rooms can be rented individually, but it would be great if a group of four students want to rent together.

Rooms rents are £475, £500, £540 and £550. The rent includes all utility bills (gas, electricity, water, and broadband). Additionally,the rent also includes fortnightly cleaning of bathroom/communal places and gardening.

The house is recently decorated. The bedrooms are equipped with bed, desk and chair, bookcase, wardrobe, bedside table with lamp, cork board, wall mirror, curtains, and dustbin. There is a living room, and the kitchen comes with dining space and is equipped with fridge freezer, washing machine,dryer, microwave, kettle, and toaster. There is one bathroom upstairs and one cloakroom downstairs. Off street parking spaces for two cars.
