This advert is for a 12 month tenancy (starting 8th August) for the single bedroom in this three bedroom mid-terrace house in a popular area of Winchester.  We are looking for a female student to share with the other two female students currently in the house, who will be staying on next year.

There is a generous kitchen only a few years old with washing machine, condenser tumble drier, electric cooker with cooker hood and an American-style fridge freezer all provided.  There is generous worktop and storage space including a larder cupboard, and a ceramic one-and-a-half-bowl sink with mixer tap.  

The lounge is large, with two sofas and a dining table for up to six, various other units and a large built-in storage cupboard.  In some of these houses you will find that the lounge has been converted to make a fourth bedroom and even a fifth bedroom, but here it remains and provides a large social space with patio doors leading to the garden. 

The bathroom has been recently replaced and features a new instant electric shower and a P-shaped bath with curved glass shower screen. There is a further toilet downstairs.

The bedroom available is a single room overlooking the back garden.  There is also a large storage cupboard / wardrobe on the landing that is reserved for the use of the person in this room.
 
The property has double glazing throughout and gas-fired central heating with instant hot water.
 
Outside there are front and rear gardens and there is permit parking which costs £22 for the first vehicle.
Bills are not included, but the garden is maintained.

The floorplan shown is 'borrowed' from the house next door.  The layout is the same but the dimensions are therefore approximate.  The lounge is larger because next door has a built in cupboard in the lounge whereas this house has had that removed.

The house is currently occupied by two female students who are looking for a third person.
