Hello everyone,

 The ROOM 

I have one very spacious  double room -12-15 square meters . The room is fully equipped with two wardrobes, one cabinet, two beside drawers, one desk table, two chairs and book shelves on the war.  Good size and well equipped for a comfortable living. 

This is a shared flat located in a great location -Wimbledon Broadway. 5 minutes walk to Wimbledon main station and 5 minutes walk to south Wimbledon station. This flat is very close to all amenities- shops( 5 supermarkets) gyms( 6 gyms) restaurants and bars etc.

Two bathrooms in this flat: one is En-suite. So you only share the bathroom with me. I kept my bathroom very clean and I believe it is very important to keep bathroom clean and tidy.  

Kitchen is shared and fully equipped. We have enough cooking utensils here to make a delicious meal, or bake a cake if you are in to it. We have a Roof terrace for beautiful view or barbecue in the summer. 

Big bonus : Basement secure car park can be shared if you have a car and amazing roof terrace for all sunbathing and barbecue in the summer ! Drying your clothes with natural sun with warmer and fresh smell ! 

Your flatmates - TWO GIRLS  

I am a professional teacher working for a private school in London and work 9-5 every day. The other girl is a PHD student doing her traditional art performance research. She is in her late 20's, and I am in my late 40's and we share our time when food becomes a topic. I have been living in London for 20 years and she lived in Italy for years when she went to a university there.     

I am an early bird in the morning and go out for exercise before my 9-5 working hours. I believe exercise is a good start of our working day. I am easy going and love readings and outdoor activities, Very open minded. I love languages and history and enjoy learning different cultures. Since I am a professional teacher, my life are always involved with younger people. 

Ideal Flatmate:

You can see that this flat is a very quiet flat and we are friendly while respect each other's personal space.  The ideal flatmate should be a mature professional who has a 9-5 working schedule. Emotional mature student is considered with rent payable in advanceIt is very clear that if you are a night owl, This is NOT suitable for you.   

Rent and Bills:

£900  PCM which includes council tax, water and high speed WIFI. There is no TV Licence because nobody watches TV here. GAS and Electricity Bills are shared by 3 of us. It cost roughly between £50-£70 PCM. It is very basic usage given the sky high electricity price in the UK. 

Smoking is strictly forbidden in this flat but you can smoke outside the building. No loud music allowed after 10 PM and No cooking and laundry after 11 PM. Simply being considerate for our flatmates and neighbours.   

Super convenient transportation:

20 minutes train direct to central London Waterloo station by SW train (every 3-5 minutes train gap), 10 minutes to Vauxhall to Victoria Line. 15 minutes subway to Earl’s Court by district Line and 25 minutes to Paddington. Direct Northern Line to London Bridge from South Wimbledon station ( 5 minutes walking distance) Silver Thames Link to black Friars and Bank.  




It is a big double room for a single professional. NO Couples. Since it is for a single professional so It is not ideal for someone who would like to bring his /her boyfriend / girl friends to stay in every weekend .  I am sorry for this inconvenience.
