I have a bright, sunny double room to rent to a female in my split level, 3 bedroom maisonnette which is on Kingston Road, Wimbledon.

The flat has 3 bedrooms, an open plan reception and kitchen and large bathroom.

There is on street parking available which requires a permit from Merton Council or Pay and Display.

Wimbledon and South Wimbledon Stations are only a 10 minute walk and there is a bus stop directly outside the house.

We are two professional females and work long hours so the house is fairly calm and quiet so unfortunately a party animal wouldn't fit in.

We are very friendly and are looking for a like minded female who is in full time employment (not working from home), clean and tidy and is respectful of others.

The room is the quietest in the house and is furnished with a double bed, two bedside cabinets, two large fitted wardrobes and a chest of drawers.
 
The rent is £850 per calendar month and includes all the utility bills plus fibre optic broadband.
The deposit is £850.

The room is for sole occupancy.
