A first floor double bedroom (£500 PCM) is available in a friendly family home in a very peaceful and quiet neighbourhood from July 2024 onwards . This is a much sought after location in Wilstead village. This room is ideal for a single occupant only(female only apply please as it's mostly females in the property)

(This room has a double bed, a wardrobe, a study table and a chair. The house has free access to netflix, prime Disney etc)


All bills are included in the price. Also, this is a female friendly accommodation as family living and a tenant are mostly females and little kids.


Viewings are generally on weekends but please contact us if you wish to arrange one during the week. All furnishings are in excellent condition.

This is a pet free home with no smoking and drinking allowed within premises.

Vegans and vegetarian friendly.

There is a bus service every 15-20 mins to Bedford town centre and Luton airport . There is also an outstanding nursery, a primary school and a convenience store within a short walk from this property.

If you have a child, do let us know as we can make suitable arrangements. We do have some children's  furniture, toys, travel system etc that you could use free of charge.
