We're an out-of season hotel so we have a few lovely rooms available at discounted rates. 

We have a choice of four large fully furnished en-suite rooms, bedroom suites available on a short to mid term let basis in our friendly hotel.  All the rooms have king size bed, sofa, TV, desk, and in the bathrooms there is both a shower and bath.  The rooms are serviced so all your cleaning and bedlinen is done weekly - nothing for you to do maintenance wise.

We have plenty of parking onsite.  The building is beautiful in a nice location with some nice country walks around and a pub just 5 minute walk up the road. We can also offer breakfast at extra cost ( when available ) 
Honiton is just 5 minutes away and Exeter about twenty. We're also only about 20 minutes from the beautiful coastal towns of Lyme Regis, Beer, and Sidmouth.
