With off-road parking, the house has convenient access to local amenities as well as commuting into Leicester or via the Motorway/Fosse Park area. 
Through the large double door entrance you turn into a huge lounge with a step down into the dining area, with patio doors leading into the garden. There's a well equipped kitchen which leads into a utility room with downstairs toilet. It's also linked to the spacious single garage. 
Upstairs it features 2 large double bedrooms and one small single bedroom, all modernised and contemporary decorated. The bathroom has a shower over the bath for everyone's preference. 
Outside to the rear, there is an inviting patio area destined to have breakfast in the sun in the morning, or a BBQ in the evening. The large garden will be perfect for the kids to grow up and run around all day. 
We're really proud of all our homes and hope our tenants are too. Our tenants tend to stay with us for many years, not just 6 or 12 months, because they love their home and we try to treat our tenants with respect. So, while we are happy to consider 12 month initial tenancies, we are really looking for a tenant whose planning to stay a bit longer (although no commitment). 
We do carry out full credit references including previous landlords and employers. 
This house is not suitable for smokers, even the ones that only "smoke outside". It's too nice to ruin with tobacco stains.
