Room in a Shared House, Harwich Street, CT5

We are looking for a lodger to enjoy our characterful and arty family home with us. I am a PR professional in my early 40s and have an 8 year old daughter. We have a very friendly and loving Golden Retriever dog, a ragdoll cat and a canary! We are a fun, kind and warm household. The house is an attractive and spacious Victorian Terrace house which has a front living room, large eat-in kitchen, family bathroom, garden room and garden, and three bedrooms. It is situated near the hustle and bustle of central Whitstable but minus the crowds. It is 5 minutes from the High St and 15 minutes from the beach. 

The bedroom is a good sized double with a new double bed, a very large wall-to-wall wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables with lamps and attractive furnishings. It is an airy room in a peaceful street. 

I am looking for a female lodger specifically and would be happy with either a student or a professional. I would consider another single mother and their child but I would need to charge a little more for that and would assess on a case by case basis. Might also consider a dog but again, there will be an increase in the rent charge for this and we would need to see if the animals got on ok together!
