Room in a Shared House, Addiscombe Road, BS23

A lovely family home, shared with our three young kids (9, 6, 3 years old), and two cats -- plus you. There's a big kitchen and mature garden too with outside seating.

Room available is a large loft room with ensuite bathroom so is a good size, comes furnished with a bed, chest of drawers and we can get a clothes rail if needed. Being on the second floor, our lodger’s rooms offer a light, airy and peaceful space to study or relax. Although we all have separate and busy lives, we do want to live as a household together - sometimes having shared meals, and catching up with each other most days, usually over a drink or while cooking.

The local area is known for its beautiful, long sandy beaches, picturesque countryside, and famous tourist attractions such as Cheddar Gorge, Weston Pier and Wookey Hole. The town and wider area is well established as a holiday destination and is therefore blessed with a wealth of historic leisure and outdoor activities. Recent investment has brought exciting new attractions and a thriving calendar of year-round events. It's a 30 min walk to town and a 15 min walk to the beach. There's no resident parking scheme so parking is a dream.

We are open to both short and longer-term stays and an option of Mon-Fri only.
