Room in a Shared House, Waltham Close, NG2

We have a huge room in West Bridgford in our lovely family house on a quiet residential close. The room really needs to be seen to appreciate just how large it is, but for some perspective, it is currently furnished with a super-kingsized bed, ample storage including a triple wardrobe, a table and still has plenty of space to spare for perhaps a sofa and some extra furniture if you'd like to bring it.

The house has been newly refurbished throughout and the room includes a modern en suite. Fibre broadband will be included in the rent as well as council tax. Couples are considered, but rent will be an additional £50/month and a higher percentage of the remaining bills will need to be covered.

We are a young family (myself and husband in our 30s and we have a 2 year old boy). There is a large degree of flexibility as to the level of interaction between us; we consider ourselves to be friendly, sociable people but also respect people's space.
