Beautiful Elizabethan house with huge south facing courtyard and peaceful garden with pond. In the heart of Somerset’s loveliest and friendliest Saxon village, just a few minutes walk to stand out gastro pubs, cafes and a fully stocked village store. 

Charming room with sole use of large bathroom with bath and shower. Enormous kitchen (30ft) looks onto garden, with wooden farmhouse table and a lot of storage. Separate utility room with washing machine. 

Two sitting rooms with real fires and large entrance hall. There are several potential working areas, window seats and two doors onto the courtyard. Oh, and there’s also a cellar and a barn. 

Exposed beams, real wood flooring/carpet and underfloor heating throughout. You’ll be sharing with me, a travel writer and yoga teacher and Love, the cat.

Lots of beautiful walks and nature nearby, including a newly set up community farm on the edge of the village. Glastonbury and Wells 20 mins away, Bristol, the coast and Bath around 45 mins. Good transport options to London.
