Please note that this is a SHARED property. The owner lives there with her adult son. The lodger must like and be comfortable with large dogs - we have a well behaved Siberian Husky! There is one available double bedroom. The rest of the property is shared.

This room is in a three bedroomed house in a great location, in Wardle Village, close to Watergrove Reservoir and Hollingworth Lake is a short car ride away. The property benefits from being close to all amenities, as well as being close to lots of rural spaces, for those who enjoy long walks, or park runs! There are two nearby train stations which travel directly into Manchester city centre.

All bills, including council tax (Band C) are included (not food).

Available to move in immediately. Lodgers will be required to meet owner prior to any agreement being undertaken.
