One room is with ensuite, and another room has a large family bathroom.

Use of kitchen facilities – Fridge, washing machine, microwave, cooker, kettle etc. Fridge and cupboard space provided also.

Rent per month is £600 - to be paid in full, a month in advance

In addition to this, a deposit of £600 will be required and it will be refunded on departure, after the room is inspected for damages.
