There is a fully fitted modern kitchen with Zanussi dishwasher, Bosch tumble dryer, NEFF Induction Hob and fan assisted oven. There is also a microwave and full set of pots, pans and utensils.
Furthermore, there's a bright and spacious living room with wall mounted 40in wide screen Samsung smart tv plus ample seating and a dining table. There is unlimited mega fast Vodafone wifi. To charge your smart technology phones and tablets there is a double USB socket to the left of the kitchen sink. You just need the USB cable for your device. There are hotel standard voiles for daytime privacy and 'almost black out' curtains so you can reduce the early morning light if you wish to sleep in on your days off. The apartment is next door to a Premier convenience store, 24 hour BP / M&S, 24hr McDonalds and close to a Tesco Express at Battersea Reach and Sainsbury's Local in Wandsworth Town village. There is a Virgin Active gym on the development which usually offers resident discount. Santander cycles are also close by on Smugglers Way and beside Wandsworth Town Rail Station. There are Tesco Express and Sainsbury Local stores within 5 minute walks and a major Sainsburys at Fulham Riverside just across Wandsworth Bridge.
There is no parking but an on street parking permit can be gained from Wandsworth Council and I used to regularly park on Podmore Street or Jew’s Row. A Wandsworth resident permit costs £210 pa.
Next to the development there is the famous The Ship pub with its large riverside beer 'garden' and gastropub. Wandsworth village, literally a 2 minute walk away, has a host of lovely cafes and restaurants. There's The Alma pub opposite the train station, Costa Coffee, an amazing Thai restaurant, and a lovely Indian on Tonsley Hill.
Transport Connections
Wandsworth town train station has trains every 5-10 minutes and it is 15 minutes to Central London's Waterloo station and then a two minute tube to Charing Cross ( Trafalgar Square) and Leicester Square ( The West End). It is a 2 minute train ride to Clapham Junction. Buses depart every 4-5 minutes to Clapham Junction, Fulham and Earl's Court. Only 40 minutes to Gatwick Airport and less than an hour from Heathrow by train.
