The room is in a redbrick purpose built flat with a south west facing garden that gets nice sunsets.
The room itself is very big and comes fully furnished with a king size bed.
The room/occupant will have their own bathroom in the flat.
There is a small shared living room.
There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk away, no.s 333, 127, 57. Tooting station is about 10 minutes walk away, and tooting broadway is 20 - this is like 5 minutes on the bus.
There are a few shops at the end of the road, local spar, chicken shop and excellent Greek place.
Tooting common is a short walk away with the outdoor Lido.
Out of the three bedrooms in the place, one is occupied by live in landlord (female 27), and the last will have pictures up soon.
