This is a spacious (750 sq ft) second floor flat in a very solid, peaceful, 1930s apartment building next to St Mary's Church in Walton. Renovated and redecorated in neutral colours in the summer of 2017, it has since been a very comfortable home for our small family (2 adults, 1 toddler) but we are now moving to a larger house in a nearby village.
There are two double bedrooms (1 larger, 1 smaller), living room, eat-in kitchen and modern bathroom.  The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer.  There is electric heating and blinds / curtains on all windows.  The flat is in a very good condition, on top of which we will have all carpets professionally cleaned before tenants arrive.  There is also off-street unallocated parking, and redecoration and improvements to the building's common areas scheduled for the next few months.
We may be able to leave some furniture in the flat, if tenants wish (e.g. IKEA wardrobes, drawers, armchair).
The apartment block is set back from the road and in a very handy location for Walton's shops, restaurants and cinema; it's also only a few minutes walk from the river and local parks.  Our current neighbours are quiet and friendly.
The flat would be perfect for a couple, with or without 1-2 small children, or 2 sharing professionals.  Come and have a look!
