Room in a Shared House, Rounton Road, EN9

The room coming up for rent is the largest room in the house. It is bright and spacious with an extra large double bed, new triple wardrobe, bedside table and chair. It also has a small shelf with coat hooks and cable for tv. There is no tv in the lounge/diner as we like it as a calm and quiet space to read, work or sometimes chat. There is a tv with DVD/CD player available for your room should you not have your own. The kitchen is just 2 years old and is fully equipped and has plenty of crockery, cutlery, utensils, pans etc for use by everyone. The bathroom is lovely bright and spacious. There is no shower but a shower attachment on the bath. The garden is small but neat, fairly secluded and gets sun most the day. There is free parking in the street. I have lived here for about 14 years and always had lodgers. Most of which have stayed a couple of years. I am a 49 yr old artist and teacher. The other Tennant is 22 and has lived here over two years. She is a nursery school teacher and often away at her (Email Removed After Let) is a lovely relaxed and happy environment in the house and we are looking for someone that will fit in with this. We both love animals so it wouldn't be a problem if you have a pet. Sadly, my lovely labrador in the photo died in 2015. We look forward to hearing from our next housemate.
